We make every effort to keep our costs as reasonable as possible. Office policies are as follows unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Once you call our office, we will determine your fee for treatment and advise you. If you have dental insurance, please let us know; we will be happy to file it for you. We accept payment from most insurance plans including Anthem, Humana, Delta Dental, Cigna. Dental Care Plus, Dentemax, Metlife, Guardian, and others. We will determine benefits available according to your particular plan. If a co-payment or deductible is applicable, we will advise you of the estimated amount prior to your appointment; and this would be due at the time of the appointment.
For your convenience, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards are accepted in our office. We also offer CareCredit as a payment plan option, but the patient will need to apply for approval before their appointment. If you need assistance, feel free to call our office.
