Dureza has been an important part of Dr. Gilbert's team since 2008. As Office Manager she emphasizes excellent customer service and quality for each patient's entire experience. She is a dedicated christian, a wife to her husband James and a mother to her two beautiful children, Kaela and Jadon. Although she enjoys her job, nothing beats spending time with her family.
